FitnHealth Privacy Policy
FitnHealth ("the app") helps you analyze your personal health data. Because the app offers AI analysis, using that feature involves sending data to a third-party model provider. Please read this policy to understand how we handle your data.
Health data we read
With your explicit authorization, the app reads the following from Apple Health (HealthKit):
- Sleep analysis
- Heart rate
- Respiratory rate
- Blood oxygen saturation
- VO₂ max
- Workouts
This data is used for in-app computation, visualization and generating AI health insights.
Local storage
Health data and analysis results are stored locally on your device (Core Data). The model-provider API key you configure is kept in the device's UserDefaults and used only to call that service. Deleting the app removes this data.
Third-party AI analysis (important)
About this process, please note:
- Data is sent only when you actively trigger analysis — never uploaded automatically in the background.
- What is sent is a health-data summary for analysis and does not include your name, Apple ID or other identifiers.
- The data is processed by the provider you choose and configure, governed by that provider's own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them first: DeepSeek and Minimax.
- If you don't want any data to leave your device, simply don't use AI analysis; the app's local charts and statistics are unaffected.
What we don't do
- We have no account system and require no registration or sign-in.
- We integrate no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
- Apart from the AI analysis you trigger, we transmit your health data to no other party.
- We do not sell any of your data.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
Your rights
You can review or revoke the app's health permissions anytime under Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices; you can remove a configured API key in the app; deleting the app clears all local data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
